IBS 2016Las Vegas, NV – Builders Digital Experience (BDX), a leading provider of digital marketing and sales solutions for homebuilders, will be showcasing interactive virtual and augmented reality displays and other innovations January 19-21 in Booth C2050 at the 2016 International Builders Show

in Las Vegas, Nevada.

During the show, BDX will highlight their flagship products that include new home listings on NewHomeSource.com and its network of leading real estate websites and a variety of advertising, website, sales center, and rich media products. The company will also spotlight new technologies and tools designed to help builders digitally transform their business and better attract, engage, and convert prospective homebuyers.

At the center of the BDX booth will be an interactive virtual and augmented reality display where builders can try out these cutting-edge technologies. BDX will share their virtual reality expertise and show builders how they can showcase vibrant photorealistic 3D panoramic renderings, still images, or video of their homes in stunning virtual reality with a variety of viewers including Google Cardboard, View Master, and the Samsung Gear VR.

“Today’s homebuyers crave a visually inspiring and interactive shopping journey. Virtual reality will help builders create a dynamic sales center experience and bridge the gap between the online and in-person home shopping experience and provide a unique and high impact lead generation tool,” said BDX CEO, Tim Costello. “For the first time, we’ll be giving builders the chance to see these technologies in person and learn how to create a unique and memorable connection with their home buyers.”

Another innovation in the BDX booth will be the debut of several new marketing tools for builders. Through BDX’s partnership with Zonda™, a Meyers Research – Kennedy Wilson innovation, builders will now have access to the housing industry’s most comprehensive research app with real-time market data reporting, land listings, new home projects, and easy to use tools, all in one place.  The Zonda marketing research tool will be available for purchase to builders that list their homes and communities with BDX.

The company is also unveiling a free Digital Asset Management tool for BDX clients which allows builders to share, organize, find, retrieve, and upload digital rich media files across and between organizations. This quick to deploy and easy-to-use, centralized digital library gives peers, employees, clients, contractors, and any other key stakeholders controlled access to digital assets.

“In recent years, we’ve seen builders create libraries of compelling visual assets like videos, tours, renderings, and floor plans,” said Costello. “The challenge is these resources often become unorganized and difficult to manage. We’re offering our client builders a free Digital Asset Management solution to help centralize, protect, and update their vital assets in a single location.”

Builders are encouraged to visit Booth C2050 at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas from January 19-21 to learn more about these interactive solutions and discover how BDX can help them connect with consumers and real estate agents across the Internet and improve the digital tools they use in their model homes and sales centersSticke. BDX’s digital marketing experts will be available in the booth throughout the show.

The International Builders Show is the largest annual tradeshow in the world for residential design and construction professionals and draws more than 55,000 attendees each year.
