BDX offers builders free community listings on the new site and encourages interested builders act now to ensure that their homes are included for the launch.
Builders Digital Experience, (BDX) is excited to bring its successful NewHome Source Professional Realtor Outreach Program to the Phoenix market through a new relationship with Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service Inc. (ARMLS). ARMLS Subscribers will be able to search and view all BDX builders’ community listings directly from flexMLS or their handheld devices through a customized version of NewHome Source Professional.
“Over 55% of new homes in the Phoenix market are sold by real estate agents and this is the perfect opportunity for builders to connect with these agents directly through the MLS dashboard,” said Tim Costello, CEO, Builders Digital Experience.
Builders can list their communities on the site for no charge and give ARMLS members access to their most current new home details, special offers, promotions and events. The new site will be launching soon, so builders are encouraged to act quickly so their homes are included and promoted during the launch activities.
For more information about the free listing, builders should visit www.thebdx.com/ARMLS or connect with local area representative Nicole Wilson at NWilson@thebdx.com.
